Shermans Dale Community Fire Company and

New Kingstown Fire Company Super Raffle

Rules:

 

  1. All tickets and ticket money MUST be returned to either Shermans Dale Community Fire Company at 5450 Spring Road - Shermans Dale PA  17090 or to New Kingstown Fire Company at 277 North Locust Point Road - New Kingstown, PA  17072 on or before April 10, 2008.
  1. All tickets that are unsold on May 10, 2008 at 12:00 noon become the property of the Shermans Dale Community Fire Company and New Kingstown Fire Company.
  2. Prizes will be awarded to valid ticket holders only with ID.
  3. Ticket holders do not need to be present to win.
  4. Winners will have thirty (30) days to claim their prize(s) or they forfeit all rights to that winning number.
  5. Anyone not able to pass the federal instant background check will receive one hundred dollars ($100.00) in lieu of gun prize.
  6. All gun winners are responsible for paying for an instant background check at the time of picking up your prize.
  7. All Pennsylvania taxes will be paid by the Shermans Dale Community Fire Company and New Kingstown Fire Company.
  8. Shermans Dale Community Fire Company and New Kingstown Fire Company or any person, business or organization participating in this drawing assumes NO liability for any claim of injury or any other damages incurred from prizes on this ticket.
  9. Winners of 4 wheelers may choose $2,500.00 in lieu of 4 wheeler.
  10. 4-Wheelers are subject to change due to availability.
  11. Identification will be required on the day of the event.
  12. Children 10 and under will be free.
  13. Your ticket is good for one main meal.
  14. Guests may be brought, but they will be charged $10.00 each to enter the grounds.
  15. Guests are permitted one main meal.
  16. Main meal will be served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  17. If you bring a guest, the guest MUST be signed in by the ticket holder.
  18. Anyone behaving in a disorderly fashion or failing to obey a lawful order from staff will be asked to leave the premises.
  19. Shermans Dale Community Fire Company and New Kingstown Fire Company are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.
  20. No pets are permitted on the grounds on the day of the event.
  21. Please have ticket and ID on hand when approaching the registration area!!
  22. For any person 21 and older drinking alcohol on the day of the event – you will be issued a wristband. If you do not have a wristband on at all times the day of the event, you will not be permitted to consume any alcohol.
  23. No carry-in alcoholic beverages of any type will be allowed to be brought on premises.
  24. If you do not have your ticket with you at the registration area upon entrance, you will not be permitted on premises.
