| 24 Years Ago!! This nation saw one of its largest tragedies unfold on the morning news. New York, The Pentagon, and Shanksville. Amongst everything that happened, this nation saw a tremendous respect shown for those who never faltered, never backed down, and never gave up. It is our responsibility as Americans to never forget this, show respect for the lives lost then, and honor those who continue on still to this day.
“If we learn nothing else from this tragedy, we learn that life is short and there is no time for hate.”
—Sandy Dahl, wife of Flight 93 pilot Jason Dahl, in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, in 2002 |
