Thanks goes out to Landisburg Fire Company and Blue Knob Volunteer Fire Company for covering Saturday from Noon until 06:00 Sunday morning while the majority of our members took the day and evening off. Oh, in case you are wondering Blue Knob?? One of our newest members, Bruce Walters, is a proud member at Blue Knob and much the same as found at New Kingstown, has his family is involved in the fire service. Bruce came to New Kingstown due to his employment schedule looking for a place to call "home away from home". We thank him, and his members, for graciously providing the coverage.
