| Engine (6), Tanker (2), and U233 (2) responded just prior to 04:30 for a first due Barn Fire. Chief 7 reported a large pole barn, used as a shop and storage, fully involved. E241,E33, and E38 arrived together with E241 taking fire attack. T33 went back the lane to supply E241 and became the nurse tanker from the LDH supply. Chief 33 took operations on Side A. Crews worked for several hours in the frigid temperatures. The last units cleared the scene just before 09:00. Thanks to Fairview Township for the initial transfer, who then responded to a house fire in Shiremanstown in our place and to Landisburg for the second transfer.
