This evening, the Township Companies and Automatic Aid Companies were sent to Winding Creek Blvd for smoke on the 4th Floor of a Hotel. C31 held the command and had units set up for the incident with crews taking high rise bundles and equipment up along with the laying a supply line, hooking to the FDC, and hydrant hooked up. Three Ladder Trucks took their positions on the building as well. Crews investigated finding a possible fan issue on the wall heater/air conditioning unit with a light smoke condition. Manpower was established at the lobby entrance if needed. Although there was no fire crews were set up for the potential of a fire. Crews were able to depart the scene within the hour.
