On Saturday evening, Fire Police officers implemented traffic calming measures in the Village of New Kingstown to ensure the safety of trick-or-treaters. Cones, lights, and signage were placed along Locust Point Road to guide both drivers and pedestrians. Traffic 33 and its light tower were positioned at the west end of New Kingstown to enhance visibility. Utility 233 served as a support vehicle, helping to maintain the placement of traffic controls throughout the event. This annual effort is part of a longstanding tradition to keep both children and adults safe during trick-or-treat night. The ongoing commitment and service of the Fire Police are vital to the well-being of the community. |
