A Monday afternoon mulch fire was a close call for several vehicles at a business on Carolina Way in Middlesex Township. Engine and Tanker 33 responded to the scene finding one vehicle’s bumper melted from the heat. The booster line was placed into service and crews overhauled the area. While we could not determine a cause it was assumed careless smoking led to this incident. The crew was out 45 mins. 2 other calls were handled during Monday.
