At 20:15, the township companies were sent to I81 S MM 53.3 for an unknown injury accident involving a vehicle off the road. C133 was updated to reported entrapment. Crews arrived and went to work removing all 4 doors, the roof, and clearing the dash in order to extricate the patient. Extrication took over 30 minutes. Due to patient conditions, Life Lion Helicopter was requested to the scene. Units operated for nearly 2 hours.
