Thursday the new boiler installation was completed and made operational. We cannot thank Remco enough for their dedication to get this up and running in basically four days. The in floor heat is just one of the “creature comforts” here at New Kingstown; a system that has been proven long before our installation with the building expansion that was completed in 2010; the new boiler is much more energy efficient. Thanks also to Mellon for the portable heat unit which kept the bays warm over the past several days.
