Middletown, PA: Overnight, units from Dauphin County, PA responded to a house fire with entrapment in Royalton. The occupant did perish in the fire. A Mayday was declared when a chimney collapsed onto a firefighter. The firefighter was rescued and transported to the Hospital. Chief Whitebread of Middletown Volunteer Fire Dept. will be issuing a statement later today. Baltimore City, MD: 630a: #BMORESBravest fighting fire in several 3 story row homes. There has been a collapse and multiple mayday calls were made by trapped firefighters. #BCFDSOC Special Rescue Team is on scene. 715a: 3 of #BMORESBravest were trapped in the collapse; 1 has been rescued & #BCFDEMS is taking to Shock Trauma in serious condition. #BCFDSOC Special Rescue Team continues to work on freeing the other 2 740a: 1 more #BMORESBravest has been rescued by #BCFDSOC Special Rescue Team. #BCFDEMS to treat & transport.
