All four township emergency services (Police, Fire, EMS, and Fire Police) stood by Tuesday morning while a helicopter performed lift operations for 18 HVAC units placed on the roof of the new Costco. Crews stood by until released to respond to a reported tractor trailer fire on I81 just as the chopper was completing its last lift. We then met as a group for breakfast at the Silver Spring Diner.
