At an accident in the 6400blk of Carlisle Pike, both Traffic Units were set up to flow one lane of traffic, on the berm, past the incident scene. The larger rigs were placed within the traffic pattern but still blocking. A common practice, such as on I81, would be to angle the first several arriving rigs for initial protection until Traffic units arrive. The key to all of this is motorists paying attention and obeying commands.
