Township fire and emergency crews were dispatched to Route 114, just before Interstate 81, at 8:53 p.m. Squad 33, Engine 33, and Traffic 33 responded to the scene. Squad 33 arrived first, returning from a training session at Company 31, and found a single vehicle off the roadway. The crew immediately began checking for hazards and injuries. Squad 31 also arrived and deployed a hose line for a possible engine compartment fire; however, it was determined there was no fire. Engine 33 was released from the incident before arriving on scene. Crews provided assistance to EMS and helped clear debris from the roadway. All fire apparatus cleared the scene at 9:15 p.m., with traffic units clearing by 9:42 p.m.
