This photo, taken just ten minutes after 11 p.m. during a staffed shift, captures a mix of senior personnel, newer members, and experienced veterans gathered together. Some are using their phones, but when an important discussion arises, devices are quickly set aside. As many veteran members can attest, the bay provides a distinct setting for meaningful interaction.
