Every year we get that “one” that is talked about. Sunday afternoon it happened and it’s early in the heating season. When you have a chimney fire, the fire company will normally brush or chain clean the chimney in order to make sure the fire is out; however when the blockage is really bad, and all else fails, we break out the torpedo; specially developed for New Kingstown by a local weld shop, this thing means business.
