E33 was sent on a transfer to Co. 50 (Penn Twp) while they operated on a House Fire. While covering for them, E33 was sent to I81 SB at the SB Rest Area for an accident involving a tractor trailer off the road. E33 and T150 arrived finding the driver out of the vehicle. Crews assisted A147/MU40 with patient packaging and up the embankment. Crews were on scene about 45 mins.
